陳嘉賢教授，太平紳士為德國寶集團執董及時尚文創品牌SPARKLE COLLECTION創辦人。陳教授取得華盛頓大學工商管理及經濟學雙學位、紐約大學教育碩士學位及香港中文大學市場學（理學）碩士學位；她更獲頒VTC職業訓練局榮譽院士、獲委任為香港浸會大學客席教授、香港恒生大學人文社會科學學院客席教授及香港都會大學李嘉誠專業進修學院顧問。
陳教授留學美加十多年後回流接管家族生意，負責集團整體市場及業務拓展策略，成功將德國寶入屋並重新打造成為家傳互曉、至具代表性的香港品牌之一。Karen負責集團旗下三大品牌包括德國寶、SPARKLE COLLECTION、Happy Kitchen Cafe & Bar的整體業務發展及市場推廣。
陳教授對文化、工業及時尚界的成就備受肯定，所獲獎項包括2009年香港青年工業家獎、2013年年青創新婦女獎、2014年當選十大傑青、2017年女工商專傑出女企業家大獎、2020年旭茉JESSICA成功女性大獎、2021年香港文化創意產業大獎、2022年獲選粵港澳大灣區傑出青年企業家及榮獲金紫荊女企業家-創意藝術企業家獎、2023年香港設計師協會最佳設計品牌大獎及香港經濟日報企業大獎 -「領先時尚文化企業」、2024年香港珠海學院創意產業創新年度大獎 -「藝術與文化」等。

Professor Karen Chan, JP. is Executive Director of German Pool Group Company Ltd and Founder of cultural fashion brand Sparkle Collection. Prof. Chan holds double degrees in Business Administration and Economics from University of Washington, MA degree in Education from New York University, MSc degree in Marketing from CUHK, and Honorary Fellowship from Vocational Training Council. Prof. Chan is also Adjunct Professor of HKBU-School of Business, Adjunct Professor of HSUHK-School of Humanities and Social Science and School Advisor of HKMU(LiSPACE).
Karen is responsible for the entire business development and marketing of the three brands of the group, including German Pool, SPARKLE COLLECTION and Happy Kitchen Café & Bar. Under Karen's leadership, German Pool successfully developed its O2O business in 2015, boldly expanding the Group's digital footprint onto various international e-commerce platforms. She flexibly merges traditional and emerging digital promotion platforms, integrating Online to Offline sales channels, and insightfully utilises digital marketing media and social media to strengthen the brand's corporate image and consumer popularity, establishing German Pool as a market-leading household name.

趙女士持有教育學士學位及教育碩士學位，執教鞭逾四十年。在任校長期間，她屢獲教育局頒發的關愛校園、學生獎項。趙女士處理繁重校務的同時，亦兼顧社區服務，在區議會、香港女童軍總會及南區校長會等肩負各項職務。她在這些範疇的付出備受政府認同，並在2018年榮獲民政及青年事務局局長嘉許狀。
退休後，趙女士繼續以不同的義務身份貢獻社區，包括擔任學校校董、創辦天主教非牟利機構「塔冷通基金」並出任理事長。她致力推動中國文化及扶助弱小的工作。

Ms Chiu holds a Bachelor degree in Education and a Master degree in Education, with over forty years of professional experience in the field of education. During her tenure as School Principal, she was awarded several prizes on school- and student-caring by the Education Bureau. Juggling her heavy workload, Ms Chiu shouldered different community service roles in the District Council, Hong Kong Girl Guides Association and Southern District Joint Schools Conference. Her endeavours in these areas were well-recognised by the government and was awarded Commendation Certificate by the Secretary for Home Affairs in 2018.
Upon retirement, Ms Chiu continues to contribute the community in various voluntary capacities such as assuming School Manager and co-founding Talents Foundation, an NGO with Catholic background, and serving as its Chief Executive. She is committed to promote Chinese culture and helping the needy ones.

杜子瑩女士服務教育界超過三十年，為中學退休校長。她退休後繼續服務教育界，現時擔任不同教育基金會理事及中學校董。同時，杜女士在數個家長教師團體出任顧問，促進家校合作。
她熱心公益，其貢獻不局限於教育，亦積極參與社會服務。杜女士在多個官方及民間組織擔任職務，特別重視培育青年發展推廣及義工運動。
杜女士熱愛藝術及中國文化，並樂於透過文化藝術創意項目貢獻自己，協助青年及弱勢社群發揮潛能，共同建立更美好的明天。
她在2009年被政府委任為太平紳士。

Ms Tao Chee Ying Theresa is the retired Principal of a secondary school, with more than thirty years of service in the education sector. After retirement, she continues to serve the education community in the capacities of Director of Education Foundation and School Manager. Meanwhile, Ms Tao has played advisory roles in several Parent-Teacher Associations through which she enhances home-school cooperation.
Ms Tao’s contribution does not confine in the education field as she has committed to serving the community in many aspects. She has shouldered different responsibilities in a wide range of official and non-governmental organisations with a special emphasis on fostering youth development and promoting volunteer movement.
Having developed a keen interest in arts and Chinese culture, it has been Ms Tao's mission to dedicate herself, through cultural, arts and creativity projects, to help the youth and the needy to explore their potential and pursue a brighter future.
She was appointed as Justice of Peace by the government in 2009.

Ms Tsang not only advocates lifelong learning, but also deeply loves Chinese culture and history.

郭女士主修藝術，熱衷於藝術教育。她除了擔任校內視藝科總監，亦曾多年擔任視覺藝術科課程發展專責委員會及考評局香港中學文憑試視覺藝術科科目委員會委員。她是藝術愛好者，其作品曾入選香港當代藝術雙年展，更獲香港藝術館收藏。
退休後，郭女士仍致力為弱小社群服務，透過活躍於不同團體推廣藝術教育，用色彩填滿正向人生，以生命影響生命。

Ms Kwok has over thirty years of experience in education. Before retirement, she steered various school committees overseeing a broad purview spanning over Moral Education, Student Counselling, ‘Discipline and Education as One’ advocation and Positive Education / Life Education promotion.
Ms Kwok, majoring in Fine Arts, is passionate about art education with her service straddling across the school and the community. Apart from being the Art Director of the school she served, she also held membership in the Ad Hoc Committee of Visual Arts Curriculum Development and the HKEAA HKDSE Subject (Visual Arts) Committee. Ms Kwok is an art devotee whose creative artwork was selected to join the Hong Kong Contemporary Art Biennial Awards and was even collected by the organiser, Hong Kong Museum of Art.
After retirement, Ms Kwok is still keen on serving the margenalised groups through her active involvement in various organisations in the society and promotes Art Education and Positive Education for the betterment of Hong Kong’s future generation.

Ken has been engaged in brand planning and design consulting for over 30 years, and served as Director of Brand Design at the largest advertising and brand design consulting company in Canada prior to returning to Hong Kong.
