曾女士服務小學三十餘年，任職校長期間，為學生打造多元的課外學習體驗，包括學生領袖課程、歷奇訓練、天文課程和編程教學。她亦推崇體驗學習，帶領學生前赴英、美、新加坡、新西蘭和國內等地考察，擴闊其國際和國家視野。

退休後，曾女士獲教育大學委任為兼職顧問，專責「評定課堂質素」，又在香港女童軍南區分會及聖公會參與多項義務工作。

曾女士既熱愛終身學習和服務社會，更深愛中國文化和歷史。

After retirement, Ms Tsang has been appointed as a part-time course consultant in The Education University of Hong Kong for managing 'classroom quality evaluation'. Meanwhile, she has taken up a number of volunteer duties in the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association and the Sheng Kung Hui.

Ms Tsang not only advocates lifelong learning, but also deeply loves Chinese culture and history.
